Mission:

OIT's mission is to coordinate, plan, develop and maintain Department-wide information resources necessary to support DHMH to provide technological support, information services and electronic communications in a prompt, secure and reliable fashion; to recommend uniform information technology policies, standards and procedures; and to assure access to accurate, timely and complete information in accordance with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Information Resources Strategic Plan.
