Office of Equal Oppurtunity Programs : Risk Management Briefing

​EEO Risk Management Briefing is Now Available Online!

The Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Risk Management Briefing (RMB) is now online!  The RMB is required for all employees who have been asked to sit on an interview panel for a position Grade 16 or above.  If a panel member(s) does not have access to DHMH’s Learning Management System, please contact Janelle Robinson at (410) 767-6600 or janelle.robinson@maryland.gov to schedule a RMB.

There are two major changes to the training:

·        The training is valid for two years

·        All hiring managers are allowed to sit on interview panels

The training consists of a PowerPoint presentation and a ten (10) question assessment test.

You will need to log into the DHMH Learning Management System to take this course.  The internet link is https://www2.virtualtrainingassistant.com/mdhmh/

If you need/or have forgotten your user id and/or password or have any technical questions, please contact Paulina Nicolaides at (410) 767-1887.  To access the Risk Management Briefing Course:

  1. Log in.
  2. Click on the Search  button near the top of the screen
  3. Choose Online in the Media box by clicking the down arrow.
  4. Type dhmh in the Search Expression field.
  5. Click on the search button
  6. All online courses will appear.  Click on Risk Management Briefing EMPDIV890.
  7. The course description screen will appear.
  8. Click on the Start button to begin the course.
