SMOTA Model

Sustainable Minority Outreach and Technical Assistance Model (SMOTA) was developed by the Center for Disease Control.  The model consists of key interventions that are related to the provision of sustainable, effective outreach and technical assistance to African American and other ethnic minority communities.
