Community Services Reimbursement Rate Commission
The Community Services Reimbursement Rate Commission (CSRRC) is an independent commission within the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH). The commission is concerned with issues regarding community services for individuals with developmental disabilities or psychiatric disabilities, with particular emphasis on:
- The rates paid to providers
- Updating of rates
- Wage rates of direct care workers
- Measurement of quality and outcomes
- Uncompensated care
- Consumer safety costs

Our Charter
The CSRRC operates pursuant to Health-General, §13-801 through §13-810 of the Maryland Annotated Code. House Bill 58 that passed during the 2011 Legislative Session extends the Commission until September 30, 2016.
