CSRRC

The Community Services Reimbursement Rate Commission (CSRRC) is an independent commission within the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH).

The commission is concerned with issues regarding community services for individuals with developmental disabilities or psychiatric disabilities, with particular emphasis on:

	The rates paid to providers
	Updating of rates
	Wage rates of direct care workers
	Measurement of quality and outcomes
	Uncompensated care
	Solvency of providers
	Consumer safety costs
