Posted 03-29-13 In accordance with Board Regulations, Chiropractic Assistants who have failed to renew their registration before March 15th, 2013 are NOT legally permitted to practice until they have received their physical registration to be conspicuously displayed in their place of business. NOTE THAT IF AUDITED AS INDICATED AT THE TOP OF THE ONLINE RENEWAL APPLICATION'S FIRST PAGE: Registrants are responsible for completing the online renewal, mailing in hard copies of the completed online renewal application, ceu certificate(s), and copy of their cpr certification per the instructions and procedures pamphlet mailed to all CAs in February 2013.
